The Challenge
The task was not easy as it seems, because we’ve entered into the project by seeing the frontend of the site. but after entering into it, the backend was too much complicated, there were many actors who’re goign to play crucial role in processing the order.
The manager who will process the order and send the sample collection link and details to the professional who will collect the samples from the customer’s doorstep, then after the sample is done, the generated report will be reviewed by an authorised phlebotomist or reviewer.
then after only the qualified phlebotomist approves the report, the customer will get a mail saying the report is ready!
so it ‘s a very complicated custom ecommerce site. which was really challenging for our team to figure out the user experieince and the user journey initially.
