How to Raise a Grievance

Step 1 - Contact Us Directly

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Project or service reference
  • Clear description of your concern
  • Any supporting documentation

Step 2 - Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 48 business hours.

Step 3 - Investigation

We will review your concern thoroughly and may request additional information if required.

Step 4 - Resolution

We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 business days of acknowledgement. Complex cases may take longer and will be communicated accordingly.

Step 5 - Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to:

  • Consumer Forum in your jurisdiction
