Terms & Conditions

BrandMen Studio provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Ecommerce store development
• Digital marketing and advertising
• Graphic design and video production
• Lead generation and performance marketing
• Social media management

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements shared before project commencement.

• A 50% advance payment is required before work begins on any project
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file/access handover
• Projects above ₹1,00,000 may be split into 3 milestone payments as agreed in writing
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• GST applicable as per prevailing rates

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may vary based on:

• Client feedback and revision response time
• Scope changes requested during the project
• Third-party dependencies (hosting, domains, APIs)

Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to refunds or compensation.

• Standard projects include 2 rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions are billed at ₹1,500/hour
• Scope changes after project start may result in revised pricing and timelines
• All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing

• Upon full and final payment, the client owns the delivered website or creative assets
• BrandMen Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio
• Source files and design files remain property of BrandMen Studio unless explicitly purchased
• AI-generated content used in deliverables is subject to the terms of the respective AI tools

• Provide accurate briefs, content, and assets in a timely manner
• Provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure rights to any content provided to us for use in the project
• Not use our deliverables for illegal purposes

BrandMen Studio is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business due to website downtime or errors after project handover
• Ad campaign performance variations
• Third-party service failures (hosting, payment gateways, APIs)
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific service in question

Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, and business information confidential and not disclose to third parties without consent.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice. In case of termination:

• Work completed to date is billed and payable
• Advance payment is non-refundable for work already in progress
• All deliverables completed remain property of BrandMen Studio until full payment is made

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
