Refund & Cancellation Policy

All projects require a 50% advance before work begins. This advance is non-refundable once work has commenced as it covers:

• Initial strategy and planning time
• Design and development resources
• AI tool costs and software licenses
• Team allocation and scheduling

Before work begins

• Full advance refund minus a 10% processing fee

After work has begun (within first 7 days)

• 50% of advance refunded

After 7 days of work or milestone 1 completion

• No refund on advance paid
• Work completed to date is billed separately

After 50% project completion

• No refund applicable
• Remaining balance for completed work is due

• Full refund of all payments made
• Delivery of all work completed to date

Ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google is strictly non-refundable as it is controlled by third-party platforms. Our management fee refund follows the project cancellation terms above.

• We offer up to 2 additional rounds of revisions to resolve concerns
• Refunds are not provided for subjective design preferences after approved stages

Any strategy documents, audit reports, or digital deliverables that have been delivered are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
