This policy explains ownership rights for all creative and digital work produced by BrandMen Studio.
1. Client Ownership After Full Payment
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives full ownership of:
- The delivered website (code and content)
- Logo files in agreed formats
- Ad creatives and graphic assets
- Video content produced for the client
2. BrandMen Studio Retains Rights To
Regardless of payment status, BrandMen Studio retains:
- Source files and working files (PSD, AI, Figma files) unless explicitly purchased
- The right to display work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials
- All proprietary frameworks, code libraries, and reusable components developed by us
- All work if full payment has not been received
3. Work In Progress
All deliverables remain property of BrandMen Studio until full payment is received. Clients may not use, publish, or distribute work-in-progress materials.
4. AI-Generated Content
Work produced using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT, Runway ML, etc.) as part of your deliverable is subject to the terms of those respective tools. BrandMen Studio will inform clients if AI tools are used in their specific project.
5. Third-Party Assets
If stock images, fonts, icons, or plugins are used in your project, the client is responsible for maintaining appropriate licenses after project handover.
6. Copyright Infringement
Clients must not provide BrandMen Studio with copyrighted material they do not have rights to use. Any copyright claims arising from client-provided content are the sole responsibility of the client.
