What Our Service Agreement Covers

1. Project Scope

Clear definition of deliverables, features, pages, campaigns, or creatives included in the engagement.

2. Timeline and Milestones

Agreed start date, milestone dates, and final delivery date based on project scope and client responsiveness.

3. Payment Schedule

  • Advance amount and due date
  • Milestone payment amounts (for larger projects)
  • Final payment terms and method

4. Revision Policy

Number of included revision rounds, process for requesting changes, and charges for additional revisions.

5. Communication Protocol

Preferred communication channels, response time expectations, and project update frequency.

6. Credentials and Access

How login details, API keys, and platform access will be shared securely between both parties.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, strategies, and business information confidential.

8. Deliverable Handover

How and when final files, website access, ad account ownership, and documentation will be transferred.

9. Post-Delivery Support

Duration and scope of included support after project completion.

10. Termination Clause

Conditions under which either party may end the engagement and the resulting financial obligations.

How to Get Started

Once we agree on project scope and pricing, a service agreement is generated and shared via email for review and digital signature before any work or payment begins.
