Gonden Sanda resorts is located in Bapatla city, also known as the Goa of east is located in the coastal side of Andhra Pradesh state in India. We helped them to have a eCommerce website where people can book their stay at the resort.
We’re briefed by the management of the hotel to make the a sleek and modern booking website, where people can book their villas from the comfort of their home.
Our main goal was to have a modern and beautiful looking eCommerce website where people can book the villas of Golden Sands Grand view resort.
The main challenge we faced is the issue of overbooking for the available villas during the peak hours or festive times like New Year celebrations. And also there’s a requirement to have a booking calendar for the entire resort and also for individual available villas, so that the guests will know which villas are available to book online.
We implemented such booking system, where the guests can’t overbook a villa for the same night for two different individuals.
For the execution part we used WordPress and WooCommerce as our primary tools, We used Razorpay payment gateway to receive the payments online through UPI, net banking and other card payment methods.
After the implementation and making the website live and optimizing it for local SEO, We’ve seen significant organic bookings for the reservations of villas from the Google business profile itself. Which is huge in number. And the website is ranking for all kind of keywords searched for the place and hotels in that area and also the website was appearing along with the top booking sites like Goibibo, makemytrip etc.
